So tumblr buddies, it’s about time I show you all my Work Out Box. It’s an old tissue box wrapped in awesome pink cheetah tape. Inside are about 30 note cards with various work outs written on them with suggested times and/or reps. You fold the cards in half and shake the box to mix them to keep a variety in your workouts. I just think it’s a really nice idea and I should spread it for you guys to all try out. Enjoy :)
Also, I forgot to mention this before. But you can message me for all the workouts in it. Or maybe I’ll make a post if enough people want them.
